Account Registration

- Each individual may create only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and the balances may be forfeited.

- Keeping account login details (username and password) confidential is solely the user's responsibility. Sharing them with any third party is prohibited.
- Any unauthorised use of the account or security breach must be reported to the support team immediately.

- Accounts are non-transferable — transferring a member's account to any other person is strictly prohibited.

Deposit Terms

- Balance is updated as soon as a deposit is completed
- Payments in a third party's name are not accepted
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
- Withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
- Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method
- Large withdrawals may be delayed until identity verification is completed
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 — Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.
5.2 — Wagering Requirements
A wagering amount of 10 times the bonus must be completed — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus, but on the bonus amount alone. For example, a ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses are only usable on the associated account and are non-transferable.
- Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts is prohibited.
- 111fb reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
- If bonus misuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed and the bonus may be cancelled.
Betting Rules
6.1 — General Betting Principles
All bets placed on 111fb cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. If a transaction is incomplete due to a technical error, the platform will take appropriate action after investigation.
6.2 — Sports Betting
Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Specific markets and terms are detailed on the relevant betting pages. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
6.3 — Casino & Slots
Casino games and slots each have their own rules, which it is the user's responsibility to read before starting a game. Unbiased outcomes are ensured using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
Prohibited Activities
Involvement in any of the following activities may result in account cancellation, balance forfeiture, and legal action.
- Any form of fraud, system hacking, or use of unauthorised software.
- Attempting to claim bonuses or benefits by creating multiple accounts.
- Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
- Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Deliberately exploiting errors to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
- Operating an account in a third party's name or placing bets on behalf of another person.
- Spreading harmful or offensive content or making threats.

- After account closure, the process of returning any valid balance will be completed within 10–45 minutes where possible.
- 111fb reserves the right to forfeit balances and take legal action if evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
